Andrea Scaglione is a multi-disciplinary Executive Creative Director specializing in innovative content creation and impactful storytelling for global brands. She has extensive experience building and defining 360-degree brand expression including brand design, social platforms, live events, advertising, marketing, and site development.

She focusses on merging design thinking and brand strategy to provide elegant and efficient creative solutions which engage, excite and empower consumers.


Most recently Andrea Scaglione led branding, creative development, design, advertising, and strategic solutions for Tom Ford Beauty as the Executive Director of Global Creative helping to propel its growth into a $1 Billion global luxury brand.

With 20+ years of experience, Andrea Scaglione delivers award-winning work and has a track record of success both agency-side and brand-side.

Her career started at global agency Ogilvy (New York) developing ad campaigns and comprehensive brand-design systems. After Ogilvy she continued her career as a Creative Director at various NYC agencies with a focus on video/digital content and UI/UX.

Andrea is an Executive Creative Director with a focus on fashion, beauty and luxury brands. She has held senior global leadership positions, most recently as the Executive Director of Global Creative at Tom Ford Beauty.

As Executive Director of Global Creative at Tom Ford Beauty, Andrea Scaglione built and led a team in the development of digital initiatives, branding, and advertising across social, online, retail, and events / experiential for global markets (NA, EMEA, APAC, LATAM) in support of the full line of Tom Ford Beauty products (Cosmetics, Fragrances, Skincare). Including a multitude of global launch campaigns, groundbreaking augmented reality experiences, launching of brand.com, launch of owned social channels (Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, WeChat), the launch of free-standing stores (London & Shanghai), and brand micro-sites.

Andrea is a hands-on leader who enjoys building and inspiring successful teams. She is passionate about design. By leveraging ground-breaking creative and stellar design Andrea delivers award-winning work that is consistently on-brand and on-strategy, all while ensuring a unified brand voice across all brand touch-points.

She’s worked with top global brands including Tom Ford Beauty, Hermès, Absolut Vodka, Nike, Gucci, Mercedes Benz, Chloé, L’Oréal and Coca-Cola. And has partnered with agencies including: BBDO, Deutsch, Kirchenbaum Bond, Martin Agency, McCann, Ogilvy, TBWA/Chiat/Day, and Vice Media.

Her expertise includes brand strategy, concept development and design, through to production. She is an expert in film / video content, site design / launch (including UI / UX), social campaigns, advertising campaign development (broadcast, digital, print), brand films, motion graphics, experiential and live events, comprehensive branding design systems, print design, the management of brand assets and international-market extension (NA / APAC / EMEA / LATAM).

When not at her desk, Andrea can be found sailing in a remote locale, searching for the world’s best Negroni, or sea shell hunting with her family along the Connecticut shore.
